Overview
Char Dham Yatra is a tour of the four Hindu shrines namely Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. These shrines are located in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand. This yatra is also called Chota Char Dham Yatra. The holy river Yamuna originates from Yamunotri, Maa Ganga from Gangotri, Mandakani from Kedarnath and Alakhnanda, Saraswati from Badrinath ji. Kedarnath is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Shiva in India which is considered to be the main places of worship of Lord Shiva.
The Char Dham Yatra Package of Uttarakhand is considered as one of the most propitious journey for the Hindu devotees and this travel is done by a lot of pilgrims from all over the world. The valor of the Gods and the natural beauty of the great Himalayas are an ideal combination that enhances the religious and spiritual affection of the Char Dham Yatra Package. Day 01 : Dehradun - Yamunotri
Departure Sahastradhara helipad, Dehradun
Arrival Kharsali helipad, Yamunotri
This morning, you depart from Sahastradhara helipad, Dehradun to reach Kharsali helipad, Yamunotri. On reaching Sahastradhara helipad, Dehradun.
After reaching Kharsali (The helipad for Yamunotri), enjoy your welcome by IHPL representative, ground staff. The staff will unload all your baggage and carry them to your pre-booked hotel. Go for Darshan at the temple and after Darshan head back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02 : Yamunotri - Gangotri

Arrival Harsil Helipad
Today, you depart from Yamunotri Helipad to reach Harsil Helipad. Harsil is a beautiful town, known for its picture perfect location and picturesque valleys. Also, the place is popular to offer a serene ambiance wherein people can enjoy some time amid tranquility. Harsil Helipad is located at a distance of 22 km from Gangotri Temple.
On reaching Harsil Helipad, leave for the temple. Our ground staff will assist while you reach Gangotri temple. After Darshan at the temple, leave for your resort. Have your lunch and then relax for some time. Enjoy campfire in the evening. In the evening, you can go for an evening walk and shop for some pure wool stuff like shawls and sweaters prepared by local tribal women.

Day 03 : Gangotri - Kedarnath

Arrive at Kedarnath helipad
Kedarnath is surrounded by enchanting snowcapped peaks, and this is also the reason why it's the most remote site among all four Char Dham sites. Arrive at Guptkashi helipad from Gangotri. After getting transferred to another chopper, fly your way to Kedarnath Helipad. The temple lies at a distance of approximately 500m from the helipad and reaching it would take about 15 minutes. The temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva, is built on the site where it's believed that Lord Vishnu had witnessed the wedding ceremony of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.
Although you will be spending the night at Kedarnath, a Rudra Abhishek has been scheduled at Kedarnath at 4 AM.

Day 04 : Kedarnath - Badrinath
Depart from Kedarnath / Guptkashi helipad
Arrival at Badrinath helipad
After arriving at Badrinath helipad, you will be transferred to the hotel. Complete your check-in formalities at the hotel, and get ready to visit the Badrinath temple. Badrinath is famous for being the holy abode of Lord Vishnu, who is also known as Lord Badri here. Enjoy your darshan at the temple. You will also visit the Mana village, which is located in close proximity to the religious site of Badrinath.
However, the highlight of this entire yatra is the special Maha Abhishek Pooja. It commences at 4 AM sharp in early morning and continues for almost 2hrs. A special arrangement has been made for all the guests to sit inside the temple and watch the proceedings of the Shringar of the deity from close quarters.

Day 05 : Badrinath - Dehradun

Arrival Sahastradhara helipad, Dehradun
The star attraction of the Yatra is the Special Abhishek Puja at Badrinath temple. This special Puja starts at 4.30 am in the morning and lasts for 2 hours. Enjoy this opportunity of sitting inside the temple and having Darshan.
Later, depart from Badrinath Temple to reach Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun. The tour ends here.
